Deb Erickson is a Neuro Coach and Business Coherence Expert with over 25 years of experience helping women grow from the inside out. After decades of supporting leaders and entrepreneurs in building external success, she began to notice a deeper pattern — growth driven by pressure and performance eventually fractures without internal alignment. Awakening Me was born from that realization.
This work is not about abandoning ambition. It is about rebuilding identity, restoring internal authority, and creating sustainable expansion from alignment and coherence rather than pressure and strain. In addition to group programs, Deb offers a limited number of private coaching partnerships each year for women seeking deep, personalized transformation.
