Deb Erickson is a Neuro Coach and coherence expert with over 25 years of experience helping women grow from the inside out.

After decades of supporting leaders and entrepreneurs in building external success, she began to notice a deeper pattern — growth driven by pressure and performance eventually fractures without internal coherence.

Awakening Me was born from that realization.

This work is not about abandoning ambition. It is about rebuilding identity, restoring internal authority, and creating sustainable expansion from alignment rather than strain.
