Deb Erickson is a Neuro Coach and Business Coherence Expert who helps women entrepreneurs grow in a way that actually supports their energy, capacity, and life. After more than 25 years in business, she began to notice a deeper pattern — that burnout, pressure, and stalled growth weren’t caused by a lack of strategy, but by the internal state people were building from.
